Silver Ring Splint Company has been forced to slow production down and limit the exposure to their staff. Expect 2-3 week turnaround times for orders placed.
END OF YEAR DEADLINE FOR SPLINTS will be November 24th, 2021. This will be the last day of the year that we can guarantee your order to be invoiced by the end of the year. We will still process as many orders as we can, but cannot promise to invoice for 2021.
Additionally, standard international shipping is being delayed, sometimes by over a month. USPS has frozen shipping to Australia and we continue to work on finding reasonable ways to get our splints to the country. Please email us for our most current rates to Australia. International clients can email us to check status of shipments but we may not have information about where packages are being held up. This does not apply to Canadian orders.
