How does one order the EZ-Sizer measuring kit and SilverRing™ splints?

Facilities, therapists and medical offices may place an order for the EZ-Sizer™ measuring kit and for SilverRing™ splints by submitting our order form, either by fax at 888-456-8828 or email. Our EZ-Sizer™ can also be purchased through North Coast Medical and Performance Health.

There is no credit application to submit and our terms are net 30 days. Individual patients may not purchase the EZ-Sizer measuring kit to measure themselves. Patients may not purchase SilverRing™ splints until they have been seen by a therapist or other trained medical practitioner. Once the patient has been seen for evaluation and measurement, the patient may order directly from the company without having the facility or therapist place the order.
