SIRIS™ Realignment Splint for Lateral Instability

Use the SIRIS™ Realignment Splint for lateral instability with a limited range of motion. Worn with the spacer on the side of the joint, this splint provides the greatest leverage for correcting lateral instability with a limited range of motion. Order these splints when flexion of the joint is limited to less than 45 degrees, but not for a finger, which has full active flexion since the splint will rotate. The SIRIS™ Realignment Splint is designed exclusively for the PIP joint because of its overall length.

SIRIS™ Realignment Splint for Flexion

Use the SIRIS™ Realignment Splint for flexion of enlarged or fusiform-shaped PIP joints. The orientation of the spacer between the two rings holds them farther apart for better leverage at a more comfortable angle.
